Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Jmk Inc KK-0716-30A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jms products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jumo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Jst product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jms such as the SE112995 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 60202010001 manufactured by Jumo and we are pleased to be able to service most Jumo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 921CRID5385 by Manufacturer Jst as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Joslyn-Clark Brand 7401102022 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jumo such as 70304418120023000061 equipment made by Jumo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jumo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jumo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XTM9055 made by Johnson-Controls as well as the popular H5300 original spares produced by Jung

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XTM1055 by Johnson-Controls and 70304418120023000061 spares by Jumo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
